1. The Angrolink platform

Angrolink provides digital tools for product presentation, business discovery, supplier–buyer connections, communication, and the submission and management of order intentions. An order intention, message, listing, or other interaction on Angrolink is not a payment service, escrow service, or guarantee that a transaction will be completed.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods and devices secure, and use only accounts and organisations you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access through the support channel available on Angrolink.

We may require verification, limit features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain platform security.

3. Supplier and buyer responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, descriptions, images, specifications, and other claims in their profiles and listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, confirming requirements, verifying counterparties, and deciding whether and on what terms to transact.

Each party is responsible for its own quotations, contracts, taxes, licences, regulatory compliance, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, warranties, and dispute resolution. Users must communicate material conditions clearly and comply with the laws that apply to their products, services, and business activities.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Angrolink to:

• offer, request, promote, or facilitate illegal goods, services, or content;
• commit fraud, impersonate others, misrepresent a business, or provide deceptive information;
• harass users, send spam, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorised access;
• scrape, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform safeguards except where law permits;
• infringe privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other legal rights; or
• use the platform in a way that creates unlawful risk for Angrolink or other users.

We may remove content, restrict functionality, preserve relevant records, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Angrolink a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform and make it available according to your actions and settings. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit it.

Angrolink and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, branding, and original content. These Terms do not grant a right to copy or commercially exploit those materials beyond ordinary authorised use of the service.

6. Service availability and changes

We may update, add, restrict, or discontinue features and may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating this page or through the platform as appropriate.

7. Third-party services

Angrolink may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication and communications providers. Their services and terms are controlled by them. Angrolink is not responsible for third-party sites, services, availability, or independent processing.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Angrolink is provided on an “as available” basis. Angrolink does not endorse or warrant any user, listing, product, business claim, or offline transaction. Users must perform their own commercial, legal, and practical checks.

To the extent permitted by law, Angrolink is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages, or for losses arising from user content, counterparties, offline payment, delivery, performance, or fulfilment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where they apply.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Angrolink at any time and may request account closure through the support channel available on the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive closure—including responsibility for prior activity, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—continue to apply.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Angrolink’s operation and your use of the service, without overriding mandatory rights or rules that apply in your jurisdiction. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith through the platform’s available contact channel.

11. Contact

Questions, notices, and account-related requests may be submitted through the support or contact channel made available within Angrolink. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or issue without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
